Your responsibilities:

  • Understand the full range of services Accelleron provides for engine performance analytics solutions and other products in the digital portfolio.

  • Provide technical support to customers for software usage.

  • Participate in customer meetings to understand and address their needs.

  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams.

  • Ensure the production and delivery of customized software solutions to customers.

  • With an exceptional service mind, accomplish a high level of quality, enhance value for our customers, and represent Accelleron in the forward-looking digital solutions.

Digital Connectivity:

  • Support digital signal availability / feasibility assessment.

  • Deploy FDB signal mapping and validation.

  • Data ingress setup for existing data sources.

  • Product specific test and data verification.


Your background:

  • Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or marine engineering or similar study.

  • 3+ Years of experience in design, servicing/commissioning and/or operation of Diesel engines.

  • Several years of successful working experience in a customer support position.

  • Excellent communication skills in English combined with an accurate, well-organized way of working.
