Opportunity

Are you a proactive Senior Product Manager with a solid understanding of the crypto and trading industry? Have you launched financial products in a startup? Join us to lead the technical product management of our crypto brokerage and crypto custody operations.

You will collaborate with a highly skilled, motivated, and diverse international team located in a prime office in the heart of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into all aspects of regulated Crypto and Finance business. As the second PM in the team and collaborating closely with the CPO/Founder, we can shape the role according to your interests, and you can decide how you want to work and how you want to have an impact on the company.

About You

• Experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup.
• You possess a solid understanding of the crypto and trading industry, either from professional experience or personal experience.
• You have professional experience in successfully launching a financial product, and preferably a crypto product.
• You have some foundational knowledge of either KYC, trading and/or crypto platforms.
• You prioritize client needs.
• You demonstrate effective communication with all stakeholders.
• You are familiar with API best practices and possess a basic understanding of software architecture.
• You are based in Berlin. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading our product development process by identifying and addressing client needs effectively.
• Working closely with our CPO to formulate the product strategy and shape the team setup.
• Defining product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Managing the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Collaborating with multiple tech teams to launch various features in a short time.
• Collaborating with business development and Ops teams to seamlessly incorporate all requirements into the product.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto and trading industry.
• Prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business priorities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Creating and delivering product training materials for internal teams and clients.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes that could impact the product.
• Leading cross-functional meetings and ensuring effective communication between different teams.
