Job Description

Job Description Summary

• Lead, mentor, and oversee the HVAC team
• Handle installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry regulations
• Expert at installing new HVAC units in new construction
• Expert at installing ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system
• Expert at installing various types of HVAC systems such as PTAC, heat pumps and ERV Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Root -Cause analysis and problem-solving of HVAC issues that may arise
• Continuously meet safety and efficiency standards

Qualifications

About you

• 5-10 years of HVAC Experience
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC building codes, systems components and maintenance practices
• Excellent understanding of construction measurements and basic math
• Strong attention to detail and quality, and ability to maintain project schedules
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
