Job Description
Job Description Summary
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the HVAC team
- Handle installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry regulations
- Expert at installing new HVAC units in new construction
- Expert at installing ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system
- Expert at installing various types of HVAC systems such as PTAC, heat pumps and ERV Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Root -Cause analysis and problem-solving of HVAC issues that may arise
- Continuously meet safety and efficiency standards
Qualifications
About you
- 5-10 years of HVAC Experience
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC building codes, systems components and maintenance practices
- Excellent understanding of construction measurements and basic math
- Strong attention to detail and quality, and ability to maintain project schedules
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
