The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Enterprise SaaS Specialist to manage software license agreements, ensure compliance with licensing terms, and optimize software licensing strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in administering and maintaining 3rd party SaaS agreements reducing costs to Netflix while creating frictionless experiences for our end users.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in administering and maintaining 3rd party SaaS agreements reducing costs to Netflix while creating frictionless experiences for our end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive adoption of Netflix’s 3rd party enterprise software catalog
- Drive cross-collaboration with partner teams within IT, Infosec, Engineering, and Finance to ensure solutions are viable and scalable within our ecosystem
- Administer software license agreements, including tracking license usage, managing renewals, and coordinating audits and compliance reviews
- Ensure compliance with licensing terms and regulations, and enforce license agreements to protect intellectual property and mitigate risks of non-compliance
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on matters related to software licensing
- Develop and maintain relationships with software suppliers and partners, and stay abreast of licensing terms, pricing changes, and new product offerings
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics related to software licensing, and develop reports and dashboards to track performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, client success, or related roles, preferably within a B2B or enterprise software environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve client outcomes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
- Experience working with enterprise software systems, CRM platforms, and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable
