What you can expectWe are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and full-stack application development. This person is going to lead the design and development of agentic applications that reason, plan, and act autonomously using cutting-edge AI technologies. This role requires a unique blend of systems thinking, software engineering acumen, and applied AI expertise. You will design scalable platforms that integrate large language models (LLMs), vector databases, MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and autonomous agentsAbout the TeamYou'll be part of a high-impact team building intelligent systems. You'll combine traditional software engineering with emerging AI capabilities to transform the way users interact with applications. All this while collaborating cross-functionally with researchers, product managers, and engineering peers.Responsibilities

Architecting, building, and scaling full-stack agentic applications using modern web frameworks, microservices, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Designing and implement intelligent agents capable of dynamic decision-making, planning, and multi-step task execution using LLMs.

Developing and deploying GenAI pipelines with advanced techniques such as RAG, prompt orchestration, tool use, and memory management.

Leading end-to-end development using technologies like Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

Integrating and fine-tune open-source and proprietary AI models.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant GenAI solutions.

Staying current with trends in AI agent architectures, LLM applications, and emerging tools.

What we’re looking for

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex AI/ML or GenAI-driven applications.

Possess experience building full-stack applications and RESTful APIs using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).

Demonstrate expertise in LLM integration and agentic system design using libraries like LangChain, Haystack, or custom-built frameworks.

Bring deep understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and data retrieval.

Contribute in designing scalable systems for inference, prompt routing, and real-time interactions with large models.

Show experience with prompt engineering, prompt chaining, and evaluation of model performance in production.
