Description of Task to be Performed: The AnaVation role of Instructional Developer is responsible for overall training program across multiple formats, venues, and channels that allow for widespread and flexible dissemination of training materials and services. Develops and implements a consolidated familiarization training plan and develop SOPs. Develops and facilitates formal training, online training, desk-side training, and small collaborative sessions. Incorporates training in support of the roll-out of new capabilities. Plans and delivers training across multiple channelsand media including traditional instructor led classroom, online computer based, desk-side sessions, or just-in-time single-lesson videos.Provide coordination and authoring of technical writing and editing to all phases of documentation control and deployment. Supports SCC training and marketing with content, editing, and document templates as appropriate. Works with appropriate subject matter experts to incorporate content in a consistent look and feel across SCC documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Clearance: Top Secret SCI (CI Poly eligible)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience:
- - 4+ years experience in working collaboratively with staff at all experience levels to deliver short-term commitments.
- - Experience completing and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams in a supporting role.
- - Demonstrated support for performing tasks in compliance with technical and contractual standards in one or more of the job responsibility areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Desired Education: Master’s Degree
- Desired Experience:
- - Experience conducting benchmarking, activity modeling, and surveys.
- - Experience quantifying performance data and measurements.
- - Experience with requirements management documentation and approval workflows
