Project responsibilities
- Performs technical calculations and technical reports.
- Assures contract specifications, applicable codes and company procedures are fulfilled.
- Prepares technical data sheets, specifications, and material estimations.
- Prepares, verifies and/or approves drawings.
- Ensures successful completion of the assigned deliverables per contract requirements within the budgeted time and cost constraints of the project/proposals.
- Coordination with other engineering specialties & project team.
- Engineering supervision & design supervision of subcontractors and works outsourcing.
Day by day activities :
- PIDs diagrams and system definition
- Valves & Instruments List
- Instruments datasheets, Control valves datasheets, Primary Flow elements datasheets.
- Blowdown Tanks process calculation & datasheets.
- Safety valves stacks sizing calculation & datasheets.
- Equipment & Electric system specification (MV Switchboard, MCC and Aux. Pannels, Motors, Grounding and lightning, Lighting and power supply, Cables, trays and accessories).
- Boiler and auxiliary package control /monitoring system engineering.
- Boiler and auxiliary package safety system engineering.
- Hazop studies.
- Supervise SIL determination and verification studies.
- Instruments, local cabinets , junction boxes and cable trays definition and layout.
- Wiring diagrams.
- Grounding system definition.
- Lightning and earthing system definition.
- Boiler and auxiliaries control loops, logic diagrams, automatic sequences and cause-effect diagrams and descriptions.

- Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in Power Plant Projects
- Excellent command of Spanish and English languages
- Good organization, written and oral skills
- Knowledge of ICE international Codes and Standards: ASME, NFPA, IEC, EUROCODE
- Holding a valid permit to live and work in Spain is required
