Special Projects Coordinator I - (2503111) Position Information
Are you passionate about public safety and infrastructure? The Bridge Design Section is looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team and assist in leading the Bridge Inspection Program - a critical role that ensures the safety and reliability of our transportation infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Assists in long and short-range strategic planning or modeling activities.
- Conducts program or project analyses and develops and recommends solutions/methods to increase productivity/efficiency and/or streamline operations.
- Analyzes policies and operations, identifies strategies to make improvements, and facilitates collaboration among different groups to resolve issues.
- Evaluates statistical data and interprets results; prepares reports on the Bridge Follow Up Action Items (FUAs) and Scour Evaluation activities.
- Performs site visits to provide staff assistance in support of Bridge Inspection Program.
- Prepares and presents information on the Bridge Follow Up Action Items (FUAs) and Scour Evaluation activities to executives, departmental staff and/or at professional meetings, seminars and conferences.
- Provides training or technical support and assistance in support of Bridge Inspection program.
- Serves as point of contact and/or liaison for the Bridge Inspection program with other departmental staff, governmental entities and/or the public.
- Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

: 48,244.00Maximum Salary
