Internship Talent & Culture (Allround HR in Valencia, Full time)

In our fast-growing scale-up, the Talent & Culture team plays an extremely important role. This team is all about our people; hiring them, arranging their contracts, paying their salaries, helping them grow and develop themselves, and in general making sure they are happy and motivated to do their job. And we are looking for someone like you to help us make this possible!

This position is full of challenges and made for someone who is really motivated to create a change and make our Valencia office better!

How will you do this?

• Think of ways to improve constantly - we are always looking to improve the current situation to make sure we will reach our ultimate goal of becoming the ‘best employer’;
• Help with reviewing applications and schedule appointments;
• Join our recruiter during interviews, after some time you might even be able to do your own interviews;
• Hire new employees for different seasons;
• Help the team process monthly mutations like the onboarding of new employees;
• Help the team setting up new policies;
• Help the team with office management;
• Assist the Talent & Culture team with various HR projects.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• A student following a Bachelor's or Master's program in the direction of Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or something similar; Please note, it is a requirement to be registered with a study program during the entire internship period!
• Availability of at least 5 months (20 weeks);
• You are able to start your internship in summer or latest September of 2023;
• You are available for a full time internship 39h/week - 5 days a week);
• Experience or previous internships in the HR field will be a plus!;
• You are dynamic and flexible which helps you fit within the Helloprint environment;
• You are independent and have a proactive attitude and impeccable communication skills;
• You are fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level minimum in both).
