About the role

VP, Influencer Marketing — Skincare & Beauty

As Vice President, Influencer Marketing for our Skincare & Beauty vertical, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of influencer and creator marketing programs — building high-impact partnerships that bring brand stories to life through authentic voices, aspirational content, and culturally relevant moments. You’ll define how our brands engage with creators, from micro to marquee talent, to drive awareness, credibility, and measurable business results, while leveraging your deep expertise in beauty and skincare. Experience in social strategy is a plus, helping integrate influencer programs seamlessly into broader channel ecosystems.

This role sits in Audience Experience — a team that fuses content, conversations, and conversions to meet audiences where they are, ensuring ideas don’t just exist, but show up in the right channels, at the right moments, with the right influencers and content to earn attention, spark talk value, and fuel algorithmic takeoff. Partnering closely with Creative, Strategy, and Engagement, you’ll ensure influencer work is both visually compelling and strategically aligned to brand goals. You will report into the Head of Audience Experience.

  • Strong understanding of content formats, production workflows, and amplification tactics in the beauty/skincare space.
  • Ability to negotiate talent contracts and manage complex partnership agreements.
  • Knowledge of paid social integration and how influencer content can be amplified to reach target audiences.
  • Deep awareness of category trends, consumer behaviors, and cultural moments that can shape influencer programs.
  • Experience being client-facing at a senior level, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in working with influencers to support IRL brand experiences is a plus.
  • Experience in social strategy is a plus — understanding how influencer programs integrate into broader channel ecosystems.

Mindset

  • Category expert — lives and breathes beauty and skincare, with a passion for its cultural impact.
  • Relationship builder — develops and maintains trust with both talent and clients.
  • Strategic driver — able to connect influencer activity to brand objectives and long-term growth.
  • Creative collaborator — works seamlessly with creative teams to ensure influencer work is visually and strategically aligned.
  • Results-oriented leader — ensures every program is measurable, optimized, and impactful.
