Military Operations Analyst (Senior-level)

Clearance: **Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance. **

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Military Operations Analyst (Senior-level) to provide a range of capabilities required to support the 100th Ground Base Midcourse Defense Brigade’s (GMD) execution of operational and logistical responsibilities for the Ballistic Missile Defense Mission.


Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Conduct meetings and coordination efforts at times commensurate with the complexity and status of the effort required to support the work and meet the identified requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and preparation of meetings between/among 100th MDB internal staff/command entities, subordinate units, higher headquarters, sister agencies, and other stakeholder entities as dictated by mission requirements.
  • Provide leadership support and is the overarching general specialist with considerably more knowledge than the entry and mid-level military operations analyst.
  • Develop and revise supporting work plans; prepare task order plans; conduct reviews and edit documents.
  • Assist with receiving, reviewing, and dissemination of taskings, orders, and other official operations-focused communications between/among the 100th Missile Defense Brigade and subordinate units.
  • Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) upon request of the OCO, and the COR to discuss and evaluate contractor efforts and accomplishments in direct relation to specific task order.
  • Present necessary data to enable a joint review of assigned tasks, schedules, and resource expenditures.
  • Provide support for the management and administration of Defense Travel System (DTS) processes within the 100th MDB and subordinate/attached units.
  • Generate, produce, and/or write documents, policies, procedures, orders, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written correspondence as necessary to support the unit’s logistical efforts supported by this task requirement.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance 
  • 12 - 15 Years of Experience supporting similar requirements
