If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</p></div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p> <p>Be responsible for the electrical hardware design and release of electrical switches and switch modules. Your scope can cover from clean sheet of paper through virtual development, testing/sign-off and manufacturing launch for Scout rugged SUV’s and pick-ups.</p> <ul> <li>Work with Studio, Concept, Purchasing and Finance counterparts to develop technical specifications in support of the quoting and sourcing process.</li> <li>Manage supplier resources efficiently to deliver components and systems that meet cost, timing, and quality targets.</li> <li>Work with suppliers to develop robust electrical design verification and validation plans, perform virtual and physical testing, and ensure issues are resolved prior to program validation signoff milestones.</li> <li>Define electrical interfaces for switch modules that conform with vehicle EE architecture, power distribution, grounding, diagnostics, and network communication requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with software and systems teams on switch logic, diagnostics, and fault handli
