Who we seek:

We’re looking for a driven, creative, and organized individual for our Field Marketing Team, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing and Events. Our ideal candidate is ready to jump into the world of corporate events, trade shows and field marketing. No previous experience is required but a good eye for detail, a passion for tech and a can-do attitude is required. 

What you’ll do: 

• Submit and manage all creative requests for events globally including social ads, tradeshow booth designs, collateral, and other graphics
• Maintain and update the events and field marketing calendar ensuring all dates, times, locations, speakers, BigID attendees etc. are updated across all platforms: Google Workspace,Salesforce, and ClickUp.
• Help draft and proofread marketing material - booth copy, white papers, email templates, etc to promote BigID’s presence at 3rd party industry events, partner events and our own hosted events 
• Maintain and replenish a fun inventory of swag and high-end giveaways via Canary
• Research cool venues to host events, breakfast briefings, workshops, happy hours, ancillary events, lunch & learns, and more!
• Assist in scheduling kickoff meetings, speaker rehearsal sessions, and weekly touchpoints 
• Assist with regularly updating executive summaries, bill of materials, and deadlines for each event
• Potentially support events on-site!

This is a 10-week paid internship starting on June 4th and ending on August 9th, working up to 35 hours per week. Hourly pay for this role ranges from $15/hr - $17/hr.
