About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting licensed physical therapists with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to residents with various physical disabilities and conditions
• Conducting patient assessments and documenting progress
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Providing education and support to residents, family members, and caregivers to promote optimal health and well-being
