ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join our team in McLean, Virginia. As an ISSM on our team, you will support our Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) by identifying, coordinating, and mitigating risks that could impact our ability to execute our detection and response mission. This role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment, policy alignment, incident readiness, and strategic planning to enhance the security posture and resilience of our operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Risk Identification & Assessment

• Risk Mitigation & Coordination

• Incident Readiness & Business Continuity

• Governance & Compliance Alignment

• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with security teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure continuous risk visibility and mitigation strategies are in place

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience in cyber risk management, cybersecurity operations, security governance, or relevant field or High School Diploma and 10+ years’ experience in cyber risk management, cybersecurity operations, security governance, or relevant field

• Experience with cyber threats, vulnerabilities, security frameworks, and risk management methodologies

• Experience in security operations, threat analysis, or cyber resilience planning

• Understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) environments, threat intelligence, and incident response processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GCIH, or GCFR

• Experience in cyber resilience planning, business continuity, or disaster recovery strategies

• Knowledge of cloud security risks (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid security models

Clearance Requirement:

• Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in stationary position at least 50% of the time
