This position will make decisions regarding customers, business and employee needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual must have strong decision making abilities and a positive attitude with the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment

Hours 9:00am-5:00pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Drive accountable and efficient work practices within the Service Parts pick pack team
  • Assist in coordinating daily workforce adjustments with other line leads to attain maximum labor potential
  • Provide first point of contact support for labor and order processing needs
  • Involved in new employee training and cross training
  • Provide reliable, fair, and unbiased feedback for employee evaluations
  • Provide constructive feedback to management

Qualifications

  • Must have a successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management
  • Must have experience driving Employee Involvement
  • Basic computer and communication skills to email internal points of contact and quickly become a subject matter expert in Microsoft D365.

  • Must have a successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude to review facility concerns and communicate issues to vendors.
  • Must have experience in leading teams.
  • Ability to obtain a lift-truck license.
  • Basic computer and communication skills to email vendors, schedule maintenance and audits, and navigate D365.
