Job Description
Our team's mandate is to launch and accelerate adoption of advanced analytics solutions that help lenders grow and manage consumer credit portfolios. We are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of managed-service and self-service products that make it easy and efficient for lenders to realize the benefit of end-to-end decisioning analytics -- data, statistical and ML models, mathematically optimized strategies, and performance monitoring and management. Our products are strategically important to our clients, creating a seemingly endless range of jobs-to-be-done and an unprecedented opportunity within a virtually untapped segment.

The right candidate will possess a strong product management background with excellent organizational skills. Active communication, an ability to comfortably navigate a complex matrix, and a willingness to ask questions and conduct purposeful research is essential. Experience in financial services and/or with advanced analytics and data science is a plus.
What you'll do
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Provide product expertise in the support of product sales activities throughout the customer journey.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Track product performance, assess contribution to company revenue and build product penetration
- Manage the implementation of enhancements to existing product lines; develop plans and coordinate activities across multiple functional areas to ensure changes to product marketing and operations are implemented within established timeframes
- Develop pricing strategy across channels and maintain pricing for designated products
- Maintain customer communications, including newsletters, to maintain product visibility and solicit new sales
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data scientist, marketing, product marketing and sales teams on the development and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Qualifications
What your background looks like
- 5+ years of active product management.
- Experience working in financial services and/or deep understanding of consumer lending products
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Strong background on product market fit assessments.
- Academic and/or practical experience with mathematics, statistics, advanced analytics, data science, computer science or related field
- Sophisticated, purposeful communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills; an ability to generate one’s own work to reach a desired outcome
