Job Description

- Manager: Director, Payment Processing
- Direct Reports: N/A
Your mission at IntegriChain:
To help ensure successful and timely claim processing for IntegriChain’s Medicaid Clients and to remain compliant in the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program.
What this role entails:
- Provide in-office support for Medicaid claim processing; requires full-time presence in our Center City Philadelphia office
- Receive, scan and file Medicaid Invoices and State correspondence
- Payment processing and distribution of checks and supporting documentation
- Update and maintain status trackers
- Monitor Department Email Box and internal communication applications
- Maintain filing system of invoices
- Monitor and order check stock, mailing supplies and postage for mailings.
- Communicate with Medicaid teams and all levels of management on a frequent basis regarding status of invoices, payments, and mailings.
- Periodic, infrequent moving of boxes containing invoices and related documentation
- Other ad hoc requests and duties as assigned
What success looks like in this role:
- Ensure all assigned hard copy and electronic Medicaid Invoices are received and scanned in the allotted time
- Ensure mail is opened, reviewed, and allocated to appropriate team members
- Ensure electronic mailbox is monitored and kept up to date
- Ensure checks are printed and distributed correctly, ensuring on time payments
Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the table:��
- 1-2 years experience in administrative or office support activities
- Strong capability with productivity tools including Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 25-30 lbs regularly
