Your Career

As a Lead Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a contractor Coordination team within all functions, and guiding the team to achieve the following, while also doing some coordination work with a small group of recruiters:

  • Partner with the recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Provide proactive guidance & communication to candidates, team members, and hiring managers as it relates to the logistics, timing & legal requirements throughout the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Schedule a high volume of interview requests, always keeping candidate experience in mind while working with speed and agility
  • This role is based in our HQ (Santa Clara, CA)

The Lead Recruiting Coordinator will leverage internal resources (such as ServiceNow and the ATS) to measure success metrics and ensure the team remains on track to achieve milestones. This individual will provide training on systems, tools, and processes on an ongoing basis. They will continue evolving the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience as the team grows in size. The Lead Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Sr. Supervisor, Staffing Operations on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and provide input on gaps/areas of improvement as well as viable solutions.

  • Manage a team of contractors with a high volume of interview scheduling requests - provide feedback on a regular basis to help each member continue to grow in their roles
  • Partner with Recruiting managers and other clients to address and positively resolve issues and process opportunities
  • Act as a mentor, providing daily guidance and support to a team of coordinators
  • Support the Sr. Supervisor, Staffing Operations with special projects 
  • Help facilitate training for new coordinators joining the team
  • Address gaps/roadblocks and present scalable solutions that could work for the Coordination team as a whole
  • Serve as a key member and active participant/leader of the Staffing Operations team, offering ideas and suggestions to help the team continue to learn and grow
  • Share best practices and areas of improvement that will positively impact the Coordination team (thinking big)
  • Lead large team and/or org-wide projects and delegate key tasks to the team where appropriate
  • Act as the subject matter expert and assist with escalations in regions and troubleshooting
  • Draft documentation and identify process gaps to be improved
  • Assist manager with workload plan, capacity planning in regions and coverage during holidays/ when team members are off sick or unavailable 

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
  • Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and deadlines
  • Detail oriented - able to “connect dots” to see the bigger picture of related issues and solutions
  • High degree of attention to detail, and excellent organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient at handlin
