Sr. Product Manager - Card Console

What does a successful Senior Product Manager do?

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the successful development, launch, and maintenance of Fiserv’s Card Console product. This role encompasses product definition, operational readiness, commercialization, and subject matter expertise for Fiserv’s card products, employing Agile methodologies for the U.S. market.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and launch of enhancements to the Card Console product to drive revenue.
  • Provide daily support regarding product capabilities and features to internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful operationalization and commercialization.
  • Communicate product vision and value to stakeholders, acting as an evangelist for the Card Console product.
  • Gather, author, and manage business requirements related to the Card Console, ensuring operational readiness and commercialization.
  • Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, conducting business needs assessments and recommending enhancements.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management or card management environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or business system analysis within the cards or processing industry.

What would be great to have:

  • Relevant certifications in product management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and commercialization of financial industry platforms and card management products.
  • Deep understanding of the interrelationships between debit and credit processing platforms.
  • Experience utilizing systems and data to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
  • Proven experience in a payment processing and card servicing environment.
