Global Program Manager, Early-in-Career Talent

What This Role Is:

Our Talent & Learning team is strategically focused on strengthening organizational capability and cultivating an engaged workforce to drive a performance driven culture, together with ensuring superior employee experience.

To nurture and develop our talent pipeline, we want to structure global programs for early in career talents to join Genesys and build a career with us.

We are looking for a Global Program Manager focusing on early-in-career talents to build our early in career programs ensuring we have the skills we need to deliver on our strategy and promoting our One Genesys Values.

Within the Talent & Learning team, Talent Managers/Global Program Managers are responsible for driving best-in-class programs in the field of performance management, career development, leadership development, emerging talents. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End responsibility for Early-in-career Talents, from need analysis, strategy definition to building roadmap, designing, and executing corresponding programs.
  • Provide thought leadership, expertise, and inspiration for your area of responsibility.
  • Build trusting and effective partnership with other teams involved, namely Talent Acquisition, DEI, global and regional HRBP’s, People Analytics, Learning
  • Design initiatives that drive the right skills and behaviors, aligned to our One Genesys Culture & Values and fostering a growth mindset culture.
  • Collaborate with our finance, people analytics team and executive leadership to help build workforce planning for early career talent
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, focus groups and internal empathy interviews to help listen, understand, and solve for difficult problems, align disparate viewpoints, and build effective solutions.
  • Leverage data to generate talent insights to support executives in making effective people decisions.

You’ll report to the Talent & Organizational Development Senior Director and will be supported in your projects by the broader T&L team.

The role is US based (flexible or virtual, depending on location and preference) and includes strong collaboration and work with Central European Time zone where part of the team is based.

What You’ll Bring to The Table:

You will bring expertise, thought leadership, innovative ideas, and practices on early-in-career Talents to help build a leading-edge program to attract early in career talents.

We are looking for you to have passion for building internal talent, be technically adept at your craft, and possess strong influencing skills to drive the right programs aligned to our culture and our strategy. You should be self-driven and have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders, members of the HR team, and multiple stakeholders throughout the company driving the implementation of critical talent initiatives. You have demonstrated the ability to work and influence across the organization and lead project teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • About 10 years of experience in Talent Management or Human Capital, relevant to the topic
  • Experience with early in career programs is a must.
  • Experience in fast-pace high-growth environment preferably in a global tech company, undergoing significant transformation, working across several time zones and cultures.
  • Experience in partnering with finance, leaders and TA team for workforce and talent planning
  • Experience in emerging talent programs and all related topics – DEI, Tal
