This position will be responsible for pulling and consolidating data, supporting the development of financial models, and supporting the implementation of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.</p><p><br/><b>What you'll do:</b></p><p></p><p>Data Analysis and Reporting</p><ul><li><p>Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from various sources (e.g., SAP, PLM, Power BI, Lighthouse)</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports</p></li><li><p>Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Financial Planning and Forecasting</p><ul><li><p>Assist in the development of annual operating plans and forecasts</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed financial analyses to support budgeting and forecasting processes</p></li><li><p>Monitor actual performance against plan and identify variances, providing explanations and recommendations</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation of new planning tools and processes</p></li></ul><p></p><p>System and Process Improvement</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Provide input on system requirements and testing to ensure optimal functionality</p></li><li><p>Support data migration and integration efforts</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to understand business needs and provide financial insights</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of financial processes and reporting</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you'll bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</p></li><li><p>3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team  </p></li><li><p>Experience working in a global organization is preferred</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with and understand different cultures and time zones.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your Wellbeing is Our Priority</span></b></p><p></p><p>In the heart of Amsterdam, PVH is home to the global headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger and the European offices of Calvin Klein.  </p><ul><li><p><b>Wellbeing:</b> exclusive onsite gym and
