Associate Product Manager, Internal Tools

About the RoleAs a growing technology company, Leadership Connect strives to provide high-quality service for our customers by leveraging streamlined internal processes and systems. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to work cross-functionally with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support Teams to document needs, automate tasks, and increase inefficiencies in support of business development, customer setup, and user engagement. As a member of the Product Team, you will focus on bringing operational excellence through software and allow teams to do their jobs better, and faster.

Core Functions of the Role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges, prioritize, and align on technical solutions
• Learn, document, and improve on system workflows related to account setup, user creation, engagement, churn, and renewals management
• Integrate existing tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, SendGrid and a custom-built portal, as well as evaluate other SaaS products that will reduce manual account administration in a cost-efficient manner
• Take ideas from inception to completion, including discovery, design, development, and monitoring success metrics
• Become a subject matter expert for your area and the roadmap, regularly answering questions and contributing back to other parts of the business
• Work with the Development Team to ticket, test, and release new functionality as well as bug fixes
• Create and maintain SOP documentation, release notes, and training sessions for impacted teams

• 2+ years of business requirements or product experience
• Experience collaborating with and influencing internal stakeholders to prioritize and align on goals
• Success evaluating, selecting, and deploying software 
• Ability to take complicated problems and build simple process flows and frameworks
• Have a strong understanding of sales processes and be able to develop actionable insights from data to drive results
• Highly organized, with good time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using products like Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce or other similar tools
• Data skills (including SQL, python, and advanced Excel) are a bonus
