Seasonal BIMS Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Office Manager, this position will assist with the BIMS data entry and general office administrative duties for our Carneros Hills Winery Production Operations during the Harvest season which begin on or around August 1, 2025 and end on or around November 30, 2025.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

         •    Entry of cellar work orders and weigh tag information into the Bulk Inventory                   Management System (BIMS);

         •    Assist with administrative functions and special projects as needed;

         •    Organization of daily workload, general record keeping, filing, and scanning

         •    Track and keep records for all wine movements and transfers, ensuring compliance of bills of lading

         •    Maintain dry goods inventory records

         •    Assist Office Manager with other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

         •    Candidate must be very detail oriented and have strong computer skills.

         •    The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently is required;

         •    Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Previous database and/or winery related experience is preferred.  Must be available to work overtime during harvest, as required.
