Many organizations know where they want to go, but getting there can be a challenge. We’re looking for you, a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact. As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, including the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. You’ll prepare and conduct business analyses and study need assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives. You’ll prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations, and business conditions. You’ll analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policies and procedures, and business systems. You Have:

• 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment

• Experience writing academic reports, research papers, or conducting needs assessments

• Ability to conduct research and analysis or industry best practices

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
