Reporting to the Associate FD, the Senior Analyst role consists of providing analytical support and insights for Publicis Groupe USA’s overall operating plans. This position requires close collaboration with the USA’s Finance Network in order to consolidate and provide accurate and astute information to its CFO’s. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer, who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to dive into the details, think strategically and handle tactical issues as they arise. The Sr. Analyst role will also be directly involved in critical process improvement projects and ad hoc analysis requests.
Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Day-to-day support on tasks for the CFO, FP&A Director, and Associate FD
- Autonomously manage monthly and recurrent FP&A deliverables and oversees tasks workload in coordination with the Assoc. FD.
- Support in the monthly consolidations reports and decks for actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including revenue reporting and agencies profitability.
- Lead recurrent tasks in support to the team in terms of reporting, making sure processes are lean and ensure proactive actions for adjustments in coordination with the Assoc. FD.
- Working, in coordination with the Assoc. FD, on costs analysis, HFM organizational structure, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with FP&A and Finance leads.
- Analyzing budget vs. actual costs to ensure profitability is at target levels.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze recurrent requests on the USA Perimeter.
- Drive reporting accuracy and interact with other Associate FD’s to provide consultative support and recommendations on analyses and reporting.
- Collaborate with Groupe’s Corporate Finance team and support the Associate FD on any other adhoc projects as needed.

- Organic growth calculations
- Client Revenue and Profitability analysis
- Publicis Global Delivery Projects
- Practice Revenue reporting and Presentation analysis
- Business Review Presentation (PPT, Consolidation, and Analysis)
- Forecast Presentation (PPT, Consolidation, and Analysis)
- Operational Expense Presentation (PPT, Consolidation, and Analysis)
- Trade Working Capital
Qualifications
- Approx. 3-5 years’ work experience in work related experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, and/or Audit.
- Fast learner and who establishes priorities, to maximize efficiency and collaborate with management to meet deadlines
- Ability to take a proactive approach identifying and solving problems
- Ability to establish positive collaboration with the US FP&A team and Leads
- Ability to manage the work remotely (as needed)
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral) and analytical skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with an understanding of Financial concepts (debits/credits, expense recognition)
- Advanced proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint
- HFM experience is preferred
- Power BI experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation Range: $58,500-$92,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
