Job Summary
We are seeking Project Engineers to support the execution of water infrastructure construction projects across North Carolina. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced field environment while contributing to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects. The position offers strong exposure to project operations, subcontractor coordination, and large-scale construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily construction operations across active project sites
• Coordinate procurement of materials and manage subcontractor work packages
• Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and field coordination
• Maintain strong working relationships with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Support project documentation, reporting, and communication across teams
• Participate in both field and office-based project activities
• Assist in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Construction Engineering, or related field
• Experience working effectively in team-based environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in water infrastructure construction and field-based project work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic jobsite environment
