Benefits:

Role Overview: Coordinate and oversee maintenance readiness, compliance, and sustainment of fixed‑wing ISR aircraft supporting mission operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across a dispersed fleet• Implement and monitor aircraft maintenance Quality Assurance and inspection programs• Track discrepancies, corrective actions, and maintenance documentation• Support integration, sustainment, and troubleshooting of ISR avionics and surveillance payloads• Liaise with maintenance vendors; review estimates, schedules, and billing• Ensure FAA and client standards are met; occasional mission‑passenger flights; CONUS travel
Qualifications: • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) required; Inspection Authorization preferred• Hands‑on experience with ISR avionics/payloads and aircraft electrical systems• Familiarity with electronic maintenance records (e.g., CAMP, equivalent)• Strong QA discipline, documentation, and vendor coordination
Experience Required: • 10+ years aircraft maintenance experience, including 5+ years coordinating or managing maintenance programs
