The Goddard School of Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated and nurturing teachers to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting young learners through play-based learning in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
  
  
• Plan and implement engaging, hands-on activities aligned with toddler developmental milestones
  
  
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and routine
  
  
• Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom
  
  
• Collaborate with a supportive teaching team to ensure high-quality care and education
  
  
• Demonstrate patience, positivity, and professionalism each day
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers; early childhood education background preferred
  
  
• Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children
  
  
• Strong creativity, flexibility, and classroom management skills
