Job Description

Location: Kyiv

Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Is personally accountable for providing high-quality HR services in line with local and EAME regional standards (personally or with support from relevant HR support groups)
• Working closely with and under the supervision of HR Operations Lead
• Coordinating calculation and payment process through Payroll Provider
• Managing system of rewards, compensations and benefits in the company in accordance with the policies of the Company and the legislation of Ukraine
• Implementing major changes in HR related processes, building some processes from scratch
• Tracking changes in legislation, deepening knowledge of current practices and payment systems
• Managing personal types of insurance in the company: organization of tenders for health insurance and life insurance providers, conducing analysis of insurance programs and their improvement/optimization
• Managing personnel budget
• Development of HR-related SOPs and frameworks
• Optimization of work processes in order to increase efficiency

Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical experience in Compensations and Benefits, experience in coordination of payment process through Payroll Provider as well as HR Operations related processes
• Experience in implementing major changes in HR operations and/or building processes from scratch
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation; knowledge of current practices and payment systems)
• Experience in managing health insurance and life insurance providers (e.g. conducting tenders)
• Experience in managing personnel budget in the company
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work in tight deadlines and set priorities
• Passion for process optimization
• Upper-intermediate English
