- Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable support to the team across a variety of administrative tasks including coordinating meetings and calls, arranging travel, maintaining supplies, and handling additional responsibilities as outlined below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates meetings and conference calls, including reserving rooms, arranging setups, and managing virtual connections.
- Supports calendar management and tracks PTO accurately and efficiently.
- Receives calls and correspondence, responding promptly and courteously as directed.
- Monitors office supply inventory and processes timely orders.
- Prepares memorandums explaining and updating administrative guidelines and procedures.
- Assists in coordinating programs or meeting, including facility and catering arrangements.
- Prepares records such as agendas, notices, and meeting minutes for internal use.
- Monitors company credit card transactions and prepares accurate expense reports.
- Arranges travel and itineraries while compiling materials for related meetings.
- Performs additional administrative duties and assists with team projects as assigned.
Qualifications: - Minimum of three years of administrative experience in a professional office setting is required.
- Proficient computer skills.
