• High quality food standards
• Strong ability to maintain food costs
• Experience in writing seasonal menus
• Experience in writing rosters to meet wage cost targets
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Great communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and good speed of work
• Common sense
• Problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Previous kitchen experience in a similar role
