Job Description

- Update of inbound and outbound shipment reports.

- Prepare weekly freight expenditure report

- Perform Logistic cost analysis

- Monthly check with broker to check 5% of shipments for compliance check

- 5% Screening of import shipments for internal audit

- Perform check for draft AWB, Bill of landing and permit

- Generate invoices for drop-shipments to CSO warehouse

- Manage and update status and reports for prospect orders.

- Manage and update material status in prospect management tool
