This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, systems, and process improvement within a dynamic and international environment.</p><p>You will support daily operational tasks related to purchasing activities, collaborate with various stakeholders, and assist in enhancing procurement processes. You’ll work closely with procurement professionals and get exposure to tools, systems, and workflows used in global organizations.</p><p><br/><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by assisting with purchase requests (PR) and converting them into purchase orders (PO)</p></li><li><p>Help manage day-to-day procurement operations, including PO changes, approvals, reporting, and issue resolution</p></li><li><p>Provide first-line support to internal users (buyers, requesters, approvers) using procurement tools and platforms</p></li><li><p>Participate in standardized training sessions and help prepare documentation for users</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units and support process compliance</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>Currently studying Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree</p></li><li><p>Availability to work min. 30h/per week</p></li><li><p>Fluent English written and spoken (at least B2)</p></li><li><p>You navigate Excel with ease at an intermediate level</p></li><li><p>You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision, enabling you to identify errors and ensure high-quality outputs in your work</p></li><li><p>You are naturally curious and docile, driven to delve deeper into problems and find innovative solutions, continuously improving processes and outcomes</p></li><li><p>You are communicative, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing<br/> </p></li></ul><p><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
