Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.  
• Responsible for repairs and maintenance of all hotel equipment and systems as directed by the needs of the guests and employees.
• Perform the  Shift Engineer's check list daily and report any abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot and repair most mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related systems. 

Qualifications

•  2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related building environment preferred
• Building engineering/maintenance experience required 
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
• Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred
