Manager of Finance - 1 FTE Day

Manager of Finance at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This position is a 1.0 FTE Day shift.

The Mgr-Bus/Fin Services works closely with department managers/directors to develop, implement and evaluate business processes and operational initiative/projects to ensure an effective use of financial resources that are consistent within the Surgical Services Departments. Monitors capital allocations; conducts cost benefit analysis. Acts as a resource to provide information on financial reports and budget preparation. Implements and manages adherence to PHS and the Project Management Institute Project Management methodology, tools, policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or other related field Or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years experience working in healthcare
• 5 years Supervisory/management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or other related field
• Operational performance improvement and/or project management experience
• Experience managing projects and conversions
• Experience in Materials Management

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
