What you'll do
Maestro is Docusign's new no-code workflow orchestration platform, a central part of our new Intelligent Agreement Management offering. As the Principal Product Manager for Maestro, you'll lead a team of Product Managers to drive its vision, strategy, and execution. Maestro enables organizations to streamline complex agreement workflows, integrate with third-party systems, and ensure compliance through automation.
This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and design, and engaging with customers to ensure Maestro delivers best-in-class automation capabilities. You'll work with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to launch new agreement automation use cases to customers. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS product management, ideally experience designing and building no-code tools for non-technical audiences (e.g. citizen developers), and a strong track record of leading product teams to deliver innovative solutions.
This position in a people manager role reporting to the VP, Product Management.
Responsibility
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Docusign Maestro, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring high-impact product features to market
Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improving Maestro’s capabilities
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, go-to-market strategies, and customer success initiatives
Represent Maestro in internal and external engagements, evangelizing its value to customers, partners, and industry analysts
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 15+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring Product Managers
- Proven track record of shipping and managing complex workflow automation or integration products
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
Preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Experience with agreement workflows, automation platforms, or API-driven integrations
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to define scalable solutions
- MBA or equivalent experience in a leadership role
- Passion for building intuitive and powerful workflow automation products
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Washington: $193,100.00 - $286,500.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
