<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Cyber Security Officer<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Join our Global Information Security Office (GISO) and play a key role in shaping and governing the security architecture of a global, technology-driven organization.</p><p></p><p>As Senior Cyber Security Officer, you will work across IT and OT domains, guiding secure design, strengthening our security framework, and driving a security-first culture across the business.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Design and maintain enterprise and cloud security architectures.</li><li>Define security reference architectures and ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27k, IEC62443).</li><li>Advise project and product teams on secure solution design (security by design/default).</li><li>Shape and maintain technical security policies and frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Cyber Defense, Cyber Risk Managers, IT, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams.</li><li>Lead awareness and training initiatives that uplift security maturity across the organization.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key focus areas</b></p><ul><li><b>Community of Practice (CoP):</b> Establish and facilitate a global CoP to support first-line teams in Project Execution, Service Execution and Technology.</li><li><b>Control implementation:</b> Guide first-line teams in implementing and maintaining security controls, supporting release cycles of the IRM framework.</li><li><b>Training &amp; enablement:</b> Define learning goals and partner with our Academy to deliver tailored security training for key roles.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What do we ask from you?</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5–7+ years in senior security roles within large/global organizations.</li><li>Experience in:<ul><li>Enterprise &amp; cloud security architecture</li><li>IT/OT security</li><li>Security frameworks (ISO27k, NIST, IEC62443)</li><li>Network security, IAM, vulnerability management</li><li>Secure software development / DevSecOps</li></ul></li><li>Relevant certifications are strongly preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your strengths</b></p><ul><li>Strong communicator able to explain complex topics clearly.</li><li>Effective collaborator across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Leadership experience in driving security initiatives.</li><li>Analytical, structured, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.</li><li>High integrity and commitment to professional ethics.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What we offer</b></p><p>You will join a global, high-impact team dedicated to securing cutting-edge hardware, software and service solutions.
