Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and set appointments
  
• Provide customer support and assistance
  
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
  
• Post and manage social media content provided
  
• Use the Jobber CRM system for customer and lead management
  
• Assist with data entry and other clerical duties
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (most important requirement; APPLICATIONS WITH VOICE RECORDINGS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Jobber
  
• Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Comfortable with part-time work (minimum 20 hours per week initially)
