Our Digital Marketing team is growing, and we'd love to bring on another dedicated, hard-working, reliable, and fun Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. You will develop the vision, and lead cross functional teams, to effectively market the value of Workday events to prospective attendee's via digital experiences. In addition to delivering digital experiences, you will use UX research, A/B testing, and analytics to formulate insights and drive incremental improvements. Ultimately you are responsible for increasing engagement and event registration conversion for the digital experiences you lead.
About You
Responsibilities:
- Define the strategy and plan for digital experiences that drive registration for in person, hybrid, and digital events.
- Demonstrate your broad digital marketing expertise in user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, omnichannel, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technologies to deliver performative digital experiences.
- Build digital touch point maps in partnership with the events and creative teams to ensure a connected experience for the event attendee across promotions, pre-event, event and post-event digital experiences.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of event marketing websites across an extended team of project managers, UX designers, visual designers, writers, web producers, developers, and agency resources.
- Define user engagement and conversion success metrics and continuously monitor and optimize for performance.
- While webpage creation is owned by our web producers, there will be the need for limited production work in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Lead and mentor junior Digital Marketing Managers.
- Immerse yourself in the latest industry and competitor digital marketing trends.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in event digital marketing and a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient across various areas of digital marketing: user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, omnichannel, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technologies
- Ability to find opportunities and recommend solutions that have outcomes aligning to marketing objectives.
- Proven program management skills, driving vision and leading delivery across cross-functional teams, for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curious, creative, and results oriented.
- Global approach to enable in country localization.
Other Qualifications
- Experience with CMS, analytics tools, and project management software. Experience with AEM, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, or Jira is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to problem solve, lead, influence, create visibility, and motivate both business and technical colleagues.
- Enterprise software experience is highly desirable.
