Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing company! Physical Therapists of all levels of experience. We offer relocation assistance and work with students (PTLA) who are in the process of waiting to take their board exam.

We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinic in Roseville, CA.

The clinic enjoys strong referral relationships with three orthopedic surgeons located within the same building, ensuring a steady flow of patients and seamless coordination of care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
• Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Requirements/Qualifications:

• California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Works as a collaborative team member with other staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients
• Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care
