Production Worker

McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for skilled Production Workers for our location in Geneva NY! 

We are looking for a technically skilled individual with excellent attention to detail for the position of Production Worker. This position will work with wood processing equipment to cut material and build pallets and skids.  This individual will be responsible, hardworking, and a team player.

Shift: 

1st shift: 7am to 3:30pm

2nd shift: 10am to 6:30pm

Pay: $16

A Production Worker will be responsible for operating different tools and manufacturing equipment to build, repair and sort pallets. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will be built properly, safely, and efficiently, and material always is at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

Production Worker's Job Responsibilities: 

• Run wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers, and Stake Pointers 
• Build specialty pallets and skids 
• Operate a forklift 
• Perform maintenance on equipment such as changing blades and greasing 
• Keep production areas clean and organized 
• Adhere to safety management standards 
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines 
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility 
• Operate and manage technical equipment
