Scope of Work
- The contractor will provide technical staff to complete an inventory sweep of current equipment and work with Enterprise Business Solutions to replace hardware as needed.
- The contractor will provide technical staff to coordinate the tech support for onboarding and offboarding department employees via work orders, managing hoteling space equipment, and managing onsite excess inventory of computer and telecom equipment.
- Contract staff will work side-by-side with County staff to facilitate knowledge transfer.
