Role Overview

As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of mission-driven campaigns, engaging directly with the public to inspire support and drive action for meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events, outreach locations, and fundraising campaigns

• Engage attendees in face-to-face conversations about important causes

• Encourage donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement

• Assist with event setup, booths, and distribution of marketing and informational materials

• Record supporter interactions, contributions, and engagement data

• Collaborate with a team to meet campaign objectives and goals

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable presence at all times

Qualifications

No experience required — full paid training provided.

• Are friendly, outgoing, and approachable

• Communicate clearly and confidently

• Are committed to nonprofits, advocacy, and social impact

• Can work both independently and in a team environment

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Are available full-time, including occasional weekends
