This role is an internal and external facing role.  Objective is to put processes in place to effectively and efficiently manage the account strategy – key deliverables, owners, timeline and tracking.  This is crucial both for Account Team (internal) as well as external with the customer.  He/She will run POD calls (internally and externally) working to establish an effective process for the team.  In addition, this role will lead an effort to build a Quarterly Business Review template.  One for internal reviews and another for customer reviews.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to manage the account strategy effectively and efficiently
• Define key deliverables, owners, timelines, and tracking mechanisms for the account strategy
• Facilitate POD calls internally and externally to establish effective processes within the team
• Lead the effort to create Quarterly Business Review templates for both internal and customer reviews.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
• Ability to develop and implement processes to effectively manage account strategy
• Experience in defining key deliverables, owners, timelines, and tracking mechanisms
• Proficiency in facilitating internal and external POD calls to establish effective team processes
• Demonstrated leadership skills to lead the effort in creating Quarterly Business Review templates for internal and customer reviews
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness in account management.
