What You'll Do
Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware.
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution.
Furnish post-installation aid to preserve system stability and customer happiness.
Collaborate with collaborators to ensure adherence to all regulatory and operational requirements.
Document processes and compose detailed reports to support continuous improvement.
Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities.
What We're Looking For
Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of relevant technical experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts.
Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
Experience in casino or gaming environments is helpful but not required.
Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. during hardware installation.
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Must be able to travel and work in varying environments, including customer sites with noise or smoke exposure.
