The salary range for this position is $127,100 - $158,900 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Global Media & Performance Marketing is a new role within the evolving Fenty Beauty global organization and will be responsible for supporting the global full-funnel media frameworks & testing. The right candidate has a strong understanding and expertise across media & performance marketing channels in support of DTC and wholesale business across NAM and global markets. This person should have proven and measurable impact in marrying analytical and tactical skill with strong creative and brand storytelling to drive results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal NAM and global teams in developing media campaigns and strategies for regional activation through consultative support.
- Support media execution as it relates to new market strategies, channel expansion, or other special projects, testing tactics and developing best practice framework to partner with and transition to regional stakeholders.
- Understand and scope retail media offerings across key markets and support testing and strategy across regions.
- Leverage analytics and measurement platforms to analyze and understand media impact and effectiveness across the funnel and to inform future campaign planning and budget.
- Design media tests and experiments with assurance of sound measurement design and implementation to understand media effectiveness as well as develop best practices and frameworks.
- Develop relationships and partner closely with external agencies and media platform partners on understanding and leveraging ad innovations, best practices, testing alpha/beta opportunities, supporting key partnership activations, etc.
- Support global media creative requirements and best practices; collaborate with global creative, global marketing, and regional teams to identify needs and creative learnings to integrate into briefs.
