The Gist

The Sales Finance Analyst must be a strong, confident, engaging self-starter with industry, financial and distributor expertise, with no fear in breaking down barriers and a determination to roll up sleeves to collaborate at the highest level.  Charged with helping our Commercial Sales Team drive fiscally responsible investments in our business.  and assist in handling billback processing along with any discrepancies with our customers.  The focus with our Price Promotion strategies, and Scan budget the Analyst will perform pre and post work to ensure monies spent return the largest amount of return. 

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Manage the input and analysis of all promotional dollars spent thru our Price Promotion Management Tool

• Provide processing of invoices against the Local Development Funds to ensure the money is spent wisely

• Provide leadership around the development and monthly tracking of performance against investment for both and make recommendations to improve spends and drive incremental growth

• Be prepared to deliver insights and trend analyses to all key stakeholders in the organization

• Be the point of contact for the Field Sales Team to coordinate any inquiries regarding billing issues coming in from our customers

• Collaborate with:

  • Finance team to ensure quick resolution to issues and data

  • Pricing & Revenue Manager to drive performance on pricing promotion to better understand lift of product during promotional periods. 

  • Data and Technology to ensure you have the tools and access you need as business needs change

 

What We’re Lookin’ For

• Financial background and strong knowledge of our distributor network, internal team, and the three-tiered system

• Minimum 21 Years of Age (at time of hire)

• Strong analytical and technical skills required

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to financial, retail account management and beverage distribution models preferred
