In 2021, we performed over 4 million tests for health care providers throughout the country. </p><p>We are part of <strong>Eurofins Scientific Group</strong>.</p><p>We now require a:</p><p><strong><u>Senior Quality Assurance Officer </u></strong></p><p>We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in our Quality Department at Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products, as well as providing innovative clinical diagnostic testing services, as one of the leading global emerging players in specialised clinical diagnostics testing.</p><p>In 2022, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR €6.7 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>To assist Eurofins in maintaining a high standard in medical testing.</li><li>Provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure a first-class service.</li><li>To maintain and enhance their professional knowledge and skills as required.</li><li>Work with colleagues to contribute towards the continuous improvement of the department.</li><li>Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the mission and values of Eurofins</li><li>Assist in the organisation of workload, prioritising tasks to ensure the effective running of the department.</li><li>Observe the strictest confidence when dealing with all aspects of patient and Company information</li></ul><p><u><strong>Specific Tasks</strong></u></p><ul><li>Use of the Laboratory Information Management Systems in place in the laboratory.</li><li>Ensuring, in conjunction with the Quality team, that the laboratory and Logistics division operates within the company’s quality management systems to meet the requirements of ISO15189 accreditation and ISO9001 certification, the Eurofins Group policies and any relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain ISO9001 certification and associated QMS.</li><li>Support the existing Quality team and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS).</li><li>Assist in the creation, review and approval of internal quality documents as per company’s procedures for document control. Support to the existing Quality team with client requests.</li><li>Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits (e.g. assessment bodies, clients).</li><li>Conduct external audits (as directed by the Quality Manager).</li><li>Preparation and submission of documentation to the external bodies in advance of external audits e.g. INAB, NSAI. Preparation and submission of documentation as clearance to non conformities raised within the agreed timeframe.</li><li>Oversee the management of the quality system records
