Combining small-team flexibility with global scale, IEX leverages emerging technologies to provide innovative, user-focused solutions that empower organizations and end users to operate smarter, faster, and more securely in dynamic environments.</p><p></p><p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></p><p>The <b>Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst/<span> PF – Linguist</span>, Senior </b>will apply specialized experience and knowledge to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to provide Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) the actionable intelligence and context that they need to drive their mission.</p><p></p><p><b>MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT</b></p><p>As a <b>Signals Analyst</b> <b>/ <span>PF – Linguist CATIII, Senior,</span></b> you will support SOCCENT in the execution of <span>SOF specific target <span>exploitation. You</span> use your linguistic skills as a driving force behind intelligence operations, fusing advanced Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to generate actionable insights. If you excel at unraveling complex digital footprints, identifying critical intelligence gaps, and synchronizing SIGINT missions to achieve operational objectives, we want you on our team.</span> This encompasses tasks such as data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, along with adaptive planning to address knowledge and capability (or training) gaps. Furthermore, you will help the staff integrate, synchronize, and prioritize SIGINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure they comply with DoW guidance while maintaining a strong focus on achieving operational objectives. </p><p></p><p><b>JOB DUTIES </b>(INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)</p><ul><li>Apply experience with the characterization of complex target networks, use SIGINT database repositories and analytic tools to interpret meaning and synthesize multiple datasets to answer established intelligence requirements</li><li>Leverage experience with direction finding, geo-location equipment, and SIGINT Geolocation Analysis (SGA) to produce data in support of various intelligence reports</li><li>Fusing SIGINT data with various intelligence disciplines for analytical reports</li><li>Coordinate with collection managers and other analysts to recommend the need for new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies <br/> </li></ul><p><b>REQUIRED SKILLS:</b></p><ul><li><span>Gain and maintain access to NSA repositories, databases, tools, and capabilities (ability to show current/prior access)</span></li><li>5 years: General years of Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience</li><li>3 years: Specific years of experience either in AOR or specialized skills</li><li>CENTCOM AOR operational experience in the past 5 years</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings to senior leaders</li><li>Demonstrated complex problem-solving knowledge and experience using relevant structured signals analytic techniques</li><li>Completion of Military Service SIGINT Analysis Basic Course, <span>Defense Language Institute (DLI)</span> or IC equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines </li><li>SIGINT experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR </li><li>Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR </li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED</b></p><ul><li><b>Clearance</b>: Current DoW <b>TS/SCI</b> with <b>CI/POLY</b> Clearance is required </li><li><b>Experience: 12+</b> years of related SIGINT experience</li><li><b>Education: </b>Bachelor's in field related to International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology</li><li><b><span>Certifications</span></
